If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within four business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. In the event that your order (or an individual item from your total order) is not available to ship within the four business days prior from the date of your order, we will contact you via the email address provided when checking out. We will give you an accurate new delivery expected delivery date, If that does not fit the needs of your project, we will allow the same day refund policy your order (or the item not available) immediately. If you choose to accept the new expected delivery date and your order has multiple items, you will also have the option to ship any available items immediately or waiting to ship your order complete along with the backordered item.
